Your printer's and/or web browser's settings may need to be adjusted in order to print the newsletter properly (scroll down to view Figures 1, 2, 3 and 4 below for visual assistance). Make sure you are:

• Printing in Portrait orientation.
• Printing with left/right margins set to 0.25.
• Printing with background colors and images turned on.

How to Change Your Settings

1. Open your web browser's File menu and then select Page Setup. See Figure 1.
2. Check your printer's settings. Your page orientation should be set to Portrait. Your Left and Right Margin should be set to 0.25. See Figure 2.
3. Open your web browser's (Internet Explorer) Tools menu. Select Internet Options menu. See Figure 3.
4. Select the Advanced tab. Scroll down to the setting "Print background colors and images"--ensure the box next to this setting is checked on as shown. See Figure 4.
